About Community Development Department
The Department of Community Development is the central department of the college which oversees all activities related to. The main functions of the Department are to:
- Advise student’s enrolment by setting mechanisms and procedures;
- Plan and coordinate the departmental implementation programmes;
- Undertake overall coordination of education and training operations;
- Coordinate acquisition and supply of training materials and training facilities;
- Coordinate and prepare departmental reports;
Maintain students’ awareness and welfare through guidance and counselling; - Prepare monthly, quarterly/annual progress reports.
- Led project administration processes, set plans and coordinate education and training operations.
- Ensuring the availability of curricula documents, and instructional/pedagogical plans for maintaining quality and smooth implementations of college goals.
- Coordinate the acquisition and supply of training materials and facilities.
- Ensuring timely and prompt ordering of appropriate and sufficient materials and facilities as per approved budget.
